Cred c\u0103 asta are de a face cu tradi\u021biile sau cultura consumatorului. S\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103 trecut\u0103 au f\u0103cut rabat de la aceast\u0103 credin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i le felicit.<\/p>\n<p>C\u0103 \u00een C\u00e2mpina exist\u0103 un restaurant indian (<strong>Swagat Indian Restaurant<\/strong>) a fost o surpriz\u0103 pentru mine, drept care dup\u0103 o \u00eenv\u0103luire a prietenilor \u00een povestiri din care reie\u0219ea c\u00e2t de curat este acolo, ce personal deosebit posed\u0103, dar mai ales ce delicioase sunt toate cele din lista de menu (informa\u021bii ce le-am str\u00e2ns timp de trei zile de pe net), i-am hot\u0103r\u00e2t ca dup\u0103 excursia de pe <strong>Valea Doftanei<\/strong> s\u0103 ne oprim aici. Nimeni nu a avut ceva de obiectat c\u00e2nd am f\u0103cut propunerea, dar farmacista din grup a luat pentru orice eventualitate (<em>incompatibilitate digestiv\u0103!<\/em>, zise ea) ni\u0219te Furazolidon \u00een bagaj.<\/p>\n<p>Am parcat pe o str\u0103du\u021b\u0103 lini\u0219tit\u0103. Acum gradina din fa\u021b\u0103 arat\u0103 diferit.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>O curte mic\u0103 \u00een fata restaurantului unde de o parte \u0219i alta a sc\u0103rilor sunt a\u0219ezate c\u00e2teva mese acoperite cu fe\u021be de mas\u0103 albe (la fel cu saltelutele pentru scaune), imaculate, mese protejate de umbrare imense ce totu\u0219i nu ne puteau ocroti de vipia de afara (39 grade!). Under dulciuri (I think sweet) try <strong>Ladoo<\/strong> and <strong>Gulab Jamun<\/strong>.\u00a0 Under drinks try <strong>Masala Chai<\/strong> may be after your meal. This is tea with spices. Con\u021bine oferte pentru pui, berbecu\u021b \u0219i porc. Mai pu\u021bin vit\u0103, c\u0103 nu ar mai fi indian. Exist\u0103 \u0219i multe oferte pentru vegetarieni. C\u00e2nd spui<em> mediu picant<\/em>, deja pentru noi este chiar picant. Doar trei am avut curajul sa spunem <em>mediu<\/em> la curry-urile comandate. Oricum, nu am avut parte de bhut jolokia. Am evitat sa comand\u0103m orez pentru ca ne doream neap\u0103rat s\u0103 gust\u0103m Naan-ul lor, ni\u0219te lipii asem\u0103n\u0103toare italienei Focaccia, dar nu a\u0219a de crocant\u0103 ca ultima. Am cerut <strong>Naan cu usturoi<\/strong> \u0219i a\u0219a a f\u0103cut \u0219i majoritatea, dar cineva a cerut cu unt, iar altcineva cu br\u00e2nz\u0103. Mi-au pl\u0103cut, dar tot curry a c\u00e2\u0219tigat primul loc \u00een inima mea. Am putut manca precum indienii autentici, \u00eenmuind buc\u0103\u021bile de Naan \u00een sos \u0219i apoi s\u0103 le bag in gur\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 grij\u0103 c\u0103 pot scandaliza pe cineva. Iar un curry r\u0103m\u00e2ne un curry.
