Se adaug\u0103 uleiul de susan \u0219i mugurii de fasole \u0219i se amestec\u0103 bine. Se serve\u0219te ornat cu frunze de coriandru, al\u0103turi de orez fiert, simplu.<br \/>\n<strong>Nota<\/strong>:<br \/>\nVarianta de porc mu-shu cea mai populara este cea care, al\u0103turi de ciuperci urechi-de-lemn folose\u0219te muguri de crin asiatic sau castane de apa. Pute\u021bi improviza, asa cum am f\u0103cut \u0219i eu, dac\u0103 nu ave\u021bi la \u00eendem\u00e2na aceste aliment.<br \/>\nDe asemenea, porcul Mu-Shu nu se serve\u0219te, de obicei, cu orez, ci cu cl\u0103tite mici, similare celor folosite la servirea ratei Peking.
