O cur\u0103\u021benie absolut impecabil\u0103, totul a\u0219ezat cu un bun gust la superlativ. Iar m\u00e2ncarea\u2026 auuuu, inima meaaaa! Am m\u00e2ncat cu poft\u0103, mi-a pl\u0103cut absolut tot. Mai multe informa\u021bi g\u0103si\u021bi, pe site-ul\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/casa-filip.ro\/\"><strong>Casa Filip Sarichioi<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Camerele sunt absolut superbe, mult mai frumoase dec\u00e2t la multe hoteluri de 4 stele in care am stat. Si dac\u0103 vre\u021bi sa m\u00e2nca\u021bi ceva cu adev\u0103rat gustos \u0219i g\u0103tit extrem de curat, nu ezita\u021bi s\u0103 merge\u021bi la ei.<\/p>\n<p>Alte re\u021bete lipovene\u0219ti pe care le-am preg\u0103tit acolo sunt\u00a0<strong>ciorb\u0103 de pe\u0219te lipoveneasc\u0103<\/strong>, dar \u0219i o <a href=\"https:\/\/pofta-buna.com\/pasta-de-peste-alb-salau-cu-maioneza\/\"><strong>past\u0103 de pe\u0219te alb<\/strong><\/a>, un alt preparat des g\u0103tit \u00een buc\u0103t\u0103ria lipoveneasc\u0103:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vareniki &#8211; Col\u021bunasi &#8211; Piro\u0219ti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Pentru aluat<\/u><\/li>\n<li>380 g de fain\u0103<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de ap\u0103<\/li>\n<li>ulei<\/li>\n<li>pu\u021bin\u0103 sare<\/li>\n<li><u>Pentru umplutur<\/u>\u0103<\/li>\n<li>br\u00e2nza dulce amestecat\u0103 cu ou si vanilie<\/li>\n<li>zmeur\u0103<\/li>\n<li>vi\u0219ine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cum se face re\u021bet\u0103 de vareniki sau col\u021buna\u0219i?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pentru \u00eenceput vom prepara <strong>aluatul<\/strong>.\u00a0Punem fain\u0103 cernut\u0103, pu\u021bin\u0103 sare \u0219i turn\u0103m ap\u0103, amestecam bine, apoi ad\u0103ugam pu\u021bin ulei.\u00a0\u00cencepem s\u0103 fr\u0103m\u00e2ntam aluatul, de la margine spre interior, pan\u0103 c\u00e2nd acesta se dezlipe\u0219te u\u0219or de man\u0103.\u00a0L\u0103s\u0103m aluatul s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 pentru 10-15 minute. Este necesar s\u0103 a\u0219teptam acest timp, pentru c\u0103 astfel, aluatul se va relaxa \u0219i va fi mult mai maleabil \u0219i mai u\u0219or de lucrat. \u00centindem aluatul ob\u021binut \u00eentr-un sul, apoi \u00eel por\u021bionam si form\u0103m ni\u0219te bilu\u021be mici din acesta.\u00a0Folosind un f\u0103c\u0103le\u021b \u00eentindem buc\u0103\u021bile de aluat.<\/p>\n<p>Preg\u0103tim <strong>umplutura de br\u00e2nz\u0103<\/strong> pentru vareniki<\/p>\n<p>Peste br\u00e2nz\u0103 dulce ad\u0103ug\u0103m oul, zah\u0103rul vanilat. Amestec\u0103m totul bine, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ajungem la o consisten\u021b\u0103 omogen\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen buc\u0103\u021bile de aluat \u00eentinse punem fructe sau umplutur\u0103 de br\u00e2nz\u0103 \u0219i sigil\u0103m cu grij\u0103 marginile aluatului. Se fierb p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se ridic\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103. 3-5 minute dureaz\u0103 fierberea, apoi le scoatem la scurs \u00eentr-o sit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce le-am scurs bine, ad\u0103ug\u0103m pu\u021bin ulei peste acestea \u0219i le amestec\u0103m.<br \/>\nServim vareniki cu sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103, dup\u0103 gust.<\/p>\n<p>Preferatele mele sunt cele cu br\u00e2nz\u0103 \u2013 nu sunt foarte dulci, sunt exact a\u0219a cum \u00eemi plac mie.
